Current Charges

Our charges are standardised and outlined here for transparency.

We charge by the hour, except for certain services which may be quoted on a case-by-case basis - such services include complete Windows Re-Install and replacement of common hardware failures. Please ask for details.

Hourly Charge:

(Residential)  £30.00 per hour [(Business rate) £35.00 per hour]

Over-run Charge [up to 15 minutes over the hour] £10.00

Minimum Charge: 1 hour + callout
Any period over 15 minutes is charged in hourly blocks
Remote Help Desk: £17.50/ 30 minute block

Callout Charge:

Due to costs and to keep our hourly rate as competitive as possible there is a callout charge in addition to the hourly rate for each on-site visit as follows:

Brighton and Hove/ Lewes Area - £12.50 [see map area]

Callout charge may be higher for other areas, please check when booking service

Cancellation

Fees for services [appointments] paid in advance are non-refundable unless at least 24 hours notice to cancel is given. We reserve the right to make a charge for appointments cancelled at short notice. We may charge a callout fee for missed appointments.
